Rate Information
Thank you for considering our home! The weekly rental rates are based on the season and are as follows:

| 04/17/10 - 12/18/10 | $2600 / week |
Special Weekly Rate for 2 persons only: During low season at $1,800 plus tax and high season at $2,600 plus tax.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- A $500 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Your guarantee deposit is also considered to be your security deposit. Full refund for days missed due to Lee County mandated evacuation.
- The security deposit will be refunded in full within 10 days after departure subject to deduction, if necessary, for damage to home, pool, golf cart, missing items or excessive cleaning/laundry time.
- The total rental amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please make out a check to: Carol Stieger and send it to: 18415 Inverrary Circle Leesburg, VA 20176
- If you cancel 60 days prior to your arrival the deposit will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
- Maximum 8 persons; no smoking and please inquire about a small pet on a case by case basis.
